Hi, I’m Diana! My love for Japan started back in high school and never really stopped — it pushed me to learn Japanese and eventually make the trip. Spoiler: I loved it so much I’m already planning the next one. Miyajima and Tokyo stole my heart completely.

During Covid, like many people, I fell deep into manhwas and mangas, which led me to K-dramas, anime, and a whole world I didn’t know I was missing. Not many people around me share all these passions — so I created Chasing Torii hoping to find those who do.

I have already visited the prefectures below — but my dream is to one day visit all 47, not just to say I’ve been there, but to truly explore every corner of Japan.
